Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand logistics and warehousing operations. Based in Adelaide, you will oversee 3PL networks, drive performance, and partner with transport providers to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective service across our ANZ network.

You will monitor KPIs, manage budgeting and supplier negotiations, and champion continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Transport or Supply Chain Management (ideally multi-site or 3PL).
• Demonstrated success managing 3PL and transport providers, supplier performance, and operational issues.
• Experience leading teams and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset to identify trends and root causes for improvements.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems; Pronto advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead performance and relationships of 3PL providers and transport partners.
• Resolve service failures and operational issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Monitor KPIs: delivery, fulfilment, productivity, inventory accuracy, costs.
• Manage logistics expenditure, budgeting, forecasting and supplier negotiations.
• Identify and implement efficiency, service, scalability and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Promote safety culture and ensure WHS, EHS, regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach and support logistics and warehouse team members.
