Job summary

Chainguard is seeking an ANZ Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with the ANZ Sales team, APJ Field Marketing Director, and the broader GTM group to build pipeline, run integrated campaigns, and regionalize content for ANZ audiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in security, cloud-native, or developer tooling spaces.
• Experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives in the ANZ market.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-25% across the region for events and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize ANZ demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and partner marketing.
• Support local event activations including trade shows, meetups, webinars; manage logistics and follow-up.
• Track leads from ANZ programs; monitor pipeline influence; assist follow-up with BDRs and Sales.
• Provide Sales enablement with toolkits, decks, one-pagers, and campaign updates.
• Coordinate with 3rd party agencies and vendors for execution and quality control
