Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for ANZ, delivering demand-generation and regional campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline across Australia and New Zealand. The role is on-site in Sydney, part of the Go-To-Market team, and requires close collaboration with Sales, Channel partners, and Product Marketing.

You will own local demand programs, drive events and ABM initiatives, and help establish Verkada as a leading security tech provider in ANZ.

Qualifications

6–10 years in B2B marketing with pipeline impact.
Proven ability to run multiple events with cross-functional teams.
Experience with channel/partner programs to drive results.
Strong understanding of buyer personas and Verkada value prop.
Ability to advise sales leadership and operate in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy for ANZ, partnering with sales to meet pipeline targets.
Execute regional campaigns and partner-led events to generate demand.
Run account-based marketing programs and enable sales to execute on their own.
Foster thought leadership and customer executive engagement on physical security and cloud.
Collaborate with demand-gen hub to plan and measure campaigns.
Partner with top channel partners to shape their marketing and engagement approaches.
Coordinate with Product Marketing to craft positioning and assets for ANZ.
