Job summary

Chainguard is seeking an ANZ Field Marketing Specialist to drive regional demand generation, events, and content localization across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with the ANZ Sales team, APJ Field Marketing Director, and GTM teams to build pipeline and regionalize global content.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B technology marketing experience (cybersecurity, cloud-native, or developer tooling preferred), strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably security, cloud-native, or developer tooling spaces.
• Experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives in the ANZ market.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the region for events and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Field Campaign Support: plan, execute, and optimize ANZ demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and partner marketing.
• Events & Webinars: support local activations, including trade shows, customer meetups, hosted webinars, and virtual experiences.
• Lead Management: ensure tracking of leads, monitor pipeline influence, and support follow-up and reporting with BDRs and Sales.
• Sales Enablement: provide toolkits, decks, one-pagers, and updates for the ANZ sales team.
• Agency Coordination: partner with ANZ third-party agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
