Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an experienced ANZ media and digital leader to shape strategy and investment across brands, connecting brand building with customer outcomes.

Bridge brand teams, media vendors and agencies to deliver integrated full-funnel plans that drive growth. You’ll lead a high-performing ANZ media team and partner with global teams to stay ahead of market change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in media, digital marketing or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of retail media, first‑party data, audience activation, digital shelf, paid search, social, programmatic and DOOH.
• Experience leading media agencies and specialist partners across strategy, planning, activation, reporting, scope and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the ANZ media and digital vision, annual priorities and full‑funnel approach across brands.
• Define channel roles and content creation frameworks, and drive integration across paid media, social, creators, partnerships and earned activity.
• Lead cross-brand investment planning, budget allocation, phasing and optimisation across digital‑first media planning for all TMICC brands.
• Own the senior agency relationship and operating model, including scope, ways of working, servicing capability, briefing standards, performance reviews and planning.
• Establish KPIs, reporting and learning agendas across media strategy, planning and deployment.
• Build productive relationships with media owners, platforms, global teams, finance, retail media and brand leaders to unlock opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop the ANZ media team and create a connected working approach across media, digital commerce, retail and agency teams.
• Identify and scale new media, data, technology and commerce opportunities to improve effectiveness.
