Job summary

Solventum, based in North Ryde, Sydney, is seeking a Business Sales Leader for Dental Solutions to shape our ANZ strategy and lead a high-performance sales team. You will drive growth by expanding key customer relationships, defining channel and direct sales plans, and aligning with the APAC Leadership on financials and market approach.

The role requires 15+ years in dental or medical devices, 5+ years of leadership, and strong strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in dental products or medical devices.
• 5+ years leading a sizeable sales/marketing team.
• Proven experience in channel partner management.
• Experience building a high-performance culture.
• Strong strategic, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy for ANZ.
• Grow revenue by expanding existing customers and acquiring net new.
• Lead and develop the sales department to meet annual budget.
• Collaborate with APAC Leadership to manage regional financials.
• Monitor sales activity, forecast, and report results.
• Hire, train, and coach sales staff.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell with key stakeholders.
• Identify decision-makers and tailor engagement plans.
