Klaviyo in Sydney, Australia, is looking for a senior Demand Generation & Field Marketing specialist to own integrated campaigns across ANZ, including ABM, events and direct mail.

You'll adapt global campaign strategies to the Australian and New Zealand market, collaborating with Sales, Partner Marketing, Brand & Content, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline and regional growth. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong stakeholder management and async collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation, field marketing, or integrated campaigns in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning campaigns end-to-end in a lean-resource environment.
• Experience managing media budgets, with or without agencies.
• Strong ROI focus with ability to defend spend to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to read data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration across global and local teams.
• Organised to manage multiple campaigns and events.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across ANZ.
• Localise global campaign frameworks for regional relevance.
• Partner with Sales, Partner Marketing, Brand & Content, and Product Marketing to align timing and messaging.
• Manage calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and global contributors across timezones.
• Own ANZ’s field marketing programme: ABM plays, direct mail, gifting, and events.
• Oversee APAC events: K:SYD, roundtables, and tradeshows.
• Track campaign performance with a clear point of view on effectiveness.
