Healthscope is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Ambleside Medical Ward at Knox Private Hospital in Melbourne to provide clinical leadership and coordinate patient care with the Nurse Unit Manager. You will mentor and develop a high-performing nursing team while delivering safe, evidence-based care.

You will lead day-to-day ward operations, support effective patient flow, and promote a culture of excellence in patient-centred care within Healthscope’s network.

Formación

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical experience within an acute medical nursing environment.
• Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to develop your leadership capability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and patient-focused care.
• The ability to effectively support, mentor and engage nursing staff.
• Sound clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
