You will work with the Nurse Unit Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, facilitate patient flow and promote a culture of excellence in patient‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical experience within an acute medical nursing environment.
• Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to develop your leadership capability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering safe, evidence‑based and patient‑focused care.
• The ability to effectively support, mentor and engage nursing staff.
• Sound clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in conjunction with the Nurse Unit Manager.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure delivery of safe, high‑quality nursing services.
