Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a Registered Nurse to step into an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role in the Medical Ward. The ward comprises 40 beds with general medical patients including cognitive impairment and palliative cases.

The ANUM will lead, mentor and support staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care. Roles are offered as part-time, with ongoing or fixed-term contracts, commencing promptly.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current authority to practice in Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Medical Ward as ANUM.
• Mentor nursing staff and clinical support team.
• Oversee unit activities in Nurse Unit Manager's absence.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with policies, procedures and best practice.
