Job summary

Paxus partners with a globally recognised consulting firm expanding its AI capability, seeking an Agentic AI Consultant to design and build intelligent agents for enterprise challenges. You will work with AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, Claude, and other cutting-edge tools to deploy production-grade AI solutions.

You will collaborate with architects and product teams, implement orchestration, memory, tool calling, and governance frameworks, and drive from concept to production while ensuring security,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python and software engineering background.
• Experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
• Experience with AWS AgentCore and Bedrock Agents.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude and Claude Code.
• Strong AWS, API, microservices and CI/CD experience.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, orchestration, model routing and AI optimisation.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Develop intelligent AI copilots, autonomous agents and workflow automation.
• Work extensively with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore and Claude.
• Design agent orchestration, tool calling, planning, memory and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate AI with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and SaaS platforms.
• Build secure, scalable and observable AI solutions on AWS.
• Develop AI evaluation, guardrails, governance and Responsible AI capabilities.
• Take innovative POCs from concept through to production.
• Work closely with architects, developers, product teams and senior stakeholders.

We are partnering with a globally recognised consulting firm that is rapidly expanding its AI capability and investing in the next generation of Generative AI and Agentic AI.

We're looking for a Agentic AI Consultant who wants to be at the forefront of this transformation - designing and building intelligent AI agents that solve real-world enterprise challenges.

This is more than a traditional AI engineering role. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies across AWS, Amazon Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, Anthropic Claude and Claude Code, while helping shape how enterprise organisations adopt AI at scale.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

We're looking for a strong software/AI Consultant with genuine hands-on experience building AI solutions in production.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong Python and software engineering experience.
• Commercial experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
• Experience with AWS AgentCore and/or Bedrock Agents.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude and Claude Code.
• Strong AWS, API, microservices and CI/CD experience.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, orchestration, model routing and AI optimisation.
• A passion for emerging AI technologies and solving complex problems.
