Job summary

APG Software builds AI systems for construction, manufacturing and home services businesses. We audit how a business really runs, quantify the time and money lost to manual work and disconnected systems, then build AI inside the tools it already uses.

We are a small, AI-native team hiring one person to own client engagements end to end. You will run discovery with business owners, map operations, translate problems into clear requirements and deliver AI-powered fixes using Claude, custom skills,

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, consulting, BA, implementation or account-management.
• Fluency with CRM/finance/ops tools used in home services, construction and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build workflows and plugins.

What you'll do

• Own the client relationship, including regular on-site delivery across Sydney

What we need: the three skill sets

• 1. Product and consultative discovery: you can interview stakeholders, understand an operation and turn ambiguity into a clear plan. Product management, consulting, BA, implementation or account-management experience can all fit.
• 2. Industry software fluency: hands-on experience with common CRM, finance and operations tools used in home services, construction and manufacturing, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, QuickBooks, Simpro, ServiceM8, Microsoft Business Central or Odoo.
• 3. AI builder fluency: genuine current experience using Claude and related AI tools to create workflows, artifacts, skills, plugins or practical business solutions. You stay current because you enjoy the space.

How you'll ramp

You will begin working closely with the founder, co-running real engagements, then move into owning engagements independently. This is a Sydney-based full-time role with regular client visits and a hybrid working cadence.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission, including 5% of cleared client invoices plus bonuses
