  • Build Power BI dashboards and paginated reports that support clear business decisions.

  • Translate trends, patterns and anomalies into practical recommendations.

  • Partner with Data Engineering to investigate source data and improve analytical capability.

  • Own and prioritise the analytics backlog based on business value and impact.

  • Champion self‑service analytics and build greater data literacy across the organisation.

What you’ll bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.

  • Strong experience partnering directly with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in DAX and SQL, with experience building semantic models.

  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including interactive dashboards and paginated reports.

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or the broader Microsoft data stack.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.

  • A commercial mindset and demonstrated experience using analytics to influence business decisions.
