Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Analytics Manager for Assurance in Melbourne. The role embeds a data-driven culture within the Group Internal Audit (GIA) to enhance risk assessment and assurance planning. You will lead analytics across the APAC region and collaborate with audit teams to deliver meaningful insights.

Qualifications

• Five+ years’ experience in data analysis and data visualization in a professional setting.
• Experience in business-facing roles with cross-stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced Excel with VBA.
• SQL query language skills.
• Python coding experience for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage data analysis as part of a portfolio of internal audit work.
• Deliver insightful analysis to enable audit objectives.
• Collaborate with Heads of Audit for data collection and insights for reporting to stakeholders.
• Develop and present data analytic engagement reports and findings to senior management.
• Educate and develop GIA team on data analytics methodologies and tools.
• Lead and manage Assurance Analyst.
