Job summary

Chemika Pty. Ltd. in Sydney's Girraween lab invites an Analytical Chemist to join a busy, highly regulated team.

You will work under the Laboratory Manager, applying initiative, clear communication and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic testing environment. Responsibilities include performing chemical and physical testing on raw materials and finished products using HPLC, GC, GCMS, LCMS, AAS, ICP and TOC, with strict adherence to data integrity and quality systems that serve Australian

Qualifications

• Degree in Science with major in Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial pharmaceutical laboratory.
• Practical understanding of international data integrity best practice.
• Ability to work safely and independently with supervision minimal.

Responsibilities

• Working in a safe manner with regard to yourself and other staff.
• Performing chemical and physical testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Working with a minimum of supervision and being pro-active in completing tasks.
