Job summary

Healthscope’s Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Anaesthetics Registered Nurse for full-time, part-time or casual roles. You’ll join a busy perioperative team with various shifts and on-call duties, contributing to high-quality patient care and safety.

Required: Bachelor of Science (nursing) or equivalent, current AHPRA registration, and 2+ years post-graduate anaesthetics experience, plus strong teamwork and communication skills. Western Australia?

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (nursing) or equivalent.
• Current Registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years Post Graduate experience in Anaesthetics.
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care.
• Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Works well independently and within a team.
• Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent service and care to patients.
• Liaise within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proven ability to work well within a team.
• Ensuring patient and staff safety.
• Sound knowledge of theatre equipment and safe use practices.
• Possess organisational skills and complete documentation to a high standard.
• Adhere to Healthscope and site policies and procedures, contribute to the efficient, effective and economic running of the peri operative service.
