Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a part-time Clinical Assessment and Documentation Nurse for the Romsey residence to oversee ANACC operations and mentor the team in documentation practices. You will manage assessments for new residents, identify uplifts, and handle DoH correspondence.

Ideal candidates have AN-ACC knowledge, strong writing and reporting skills, plus experience with clinical documentation systems. This role offers part-time hours at Romsey, VIC.

Qualifications

• 2 years recent experience as an ACFI Coordinator or similar role (desirable).
• Comprehensive working knowledge of the new AN-ACC funding model.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Sound computer skills and proficiency with a clinical documentation system.
• Willingness to learn and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Manage ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements.
• Assess new residents and identify uplifts in a timely manner.
• Apply for uplifts, manage DoH correspondence and generate reports.
