Job summary

Reflections Holidays in NSW is seeking casual Housekeeper and Amenities workers at Tumut River to maintain clean, comfortable cabins and common areas for guests. The role involves physical work, linen changes, bin waste removal, and stocking cabins to ensure high standards across the park.

You will follow WHS procedures, assist park visitors, and provide friendly service while working a flexible schedule including weekends and peak seasons.

• Be physically fit to lift up to 11kg and stand or move for up to eight hours.

The Role

This is a casual Housekeeper and Amenities worker position, located at Reflections Holidays, Tumut River.

Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and preparing accommodation for guests of the park. The work is physical and involves changing bed linens, removing refuse, cleaning of floors, eating areas, bathrooms, and amenities.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Undertake cleaning of interior and exterior cabin areas and amenities blocks.
• Undertake housekeeping duties such as linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenish stock.
• Undertake stocktake and compiling of records of items in cabins.
• Follow work health and safety procedures.
• Assist and direct visitors within the park and provide excellent customer service.
• Be physically fit, able to lift up to 11kg and work up to an eight-hour shift standing or moving, on your feet.
• Be reliable and flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends, peak holiday seasons, and public holidays.
