Royal Flying Doctor Service is seeking a Team Leader, Ambulance Services to provide day-to-day leadership of frontline Paramedics and Patient Transport Officers across road ambulance operations, events, and remote health support. The role combines clinical practice with operational leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic with Authority to Practice.
• Minimum five years post-qualification Paramedic experience including out-of-hospital operations.
• Proven team leadership and supervisory experience with coaching abilities.
• Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving and incident management.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily road ambulance operations and event medical deployments.
• Manage staffing, vehicles, equipment and medical supplies.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership during transfers, incidents and major events.
• Coach, mentor and supervise frontline Paramedics and Patient Transport Officers.
