Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an Ecommerce (Amazon) & Retail Account Manager in Sydney to drive digital KAM across ANZ with a focus on Amazon Marketplace and online/offline integration.

You will manage a portfolio, negotiate with retail partners, optimise ad spend and ROAS, coordinate with marketing and supply chain, and develop strategic growth initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven digital key account management experience.
• Experience in Amazon Marketplace is essential.
• Experience in e-commerce accounts or digital retail is required.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills are expected.
• Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
• Friendly, engaging, and positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve targets.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for travel as needed.
• Interest in culinary or small appliances is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an account portfolio aligning with ANZ objectives.
• Negotiate in-store and online game plans, merchandising programs and BOS/BOF.
• Oversee online customers' performance marketing: ad spend, CRO & ROAS optimization, traffic.
• Manage revenue, Direct Contribution Margin by category, and Trade Partner Investment by account.
• Maintain Amazon Marketplace stock levels and coordinate with stakeholders for promotions.
• Drive sell-in and sell-through with a focus on NPD and strategic imperatives.
• Act as a consultant to improve margins through sales and product mix.
• Negotiate quarterly growth agreements and communicate industry insights internally.
• Collaborate with Training & Execution teams to maximise sell-through.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with trade customers and align with Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain.
