Job summary

Linfox is seeking an AM Transport Allocator to join our Retail team in Laverton North, VIC. You will manage transport allocations, optimise routes and dispatch metro deliveries to keep operations moving smoothly.

The role features a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off roster with 12-hour shifts from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Training and support are provided to help you grow within a high-performing logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport load planning or fleet allocation is valued.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required.
• Geographical knowledge of VIC metro and surrounding areas is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport allocations and optimise routes.
• Dispatch metro deliveries to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Maintain run sheets, delivery schedules and compliance records.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
