Job summary

Flinders University in Bedford Park invites applications for the Alumni and Advancement Operations Officer. You will maintain accurate alumni, donor and stakeholder records, support data entry, gift processing and routine maintenance in Raiser's Edge, and assist with event registrations and logistics.

We seek an organised administrator with strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and capable of collaborating across teams to support alumni engagement and fundraising

Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM or database systems, with Raiser's Edge experience highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate alumni, donor and stakeholder records in Raiser's Edge.
  • Support data entry, record updates, gift processing and routine data maintenance.
