Working as part of a collaborative team, you will assist students, staff and members of the public through front counter, phone and online enquiries, while contributing to the delivery of quality student administration services.Other key position responsibilities include:* Providing administrative support and responding to routine enquiries from students, staff and external stakeholders.* Processing and maintaining accurate student information and records across a range of University systems.* Assisting with administration relating to the engagement of casual teaching staff.* Supporting a range of student administration activities while contributing to a positive and high-quality service experience.This position makes a significant contribution to the University’s strategic plan to \"Changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters\", by 2035 through delivering responsive and student-focused administrative support across the student lifecycle.
