Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment. You will manage a large team, drive performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning resources to meet deadlines and targets.

With strong leadership and a solid background in 3PL warehousing, you will coordinate across automated facilities and leverage Manhattan WMS to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse.
• Experience across automated warehouses is desirable.
• Proven performance management and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge and use of a WMS system, ideally Manhattan.
• Capable of engaging, motivating and leading people to achieve goals.
• High level planning and organisational skills for operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
