Job summary

Perisher in Jindabyne is seeking a Station Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team across buildings, accommodation, grounds, and utilities. You will coordinate contractors, schedule preventative maintenance, and respond to reactive work, with an on-call roster during winter.

The role requires a trade qualification, a current driver's license, White Card, and a commitment to safety, quality, and presentation. This is a full-time, year-round position with staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or equivalent.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Experience in building, accommodation, grounds, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience coordinating teams or contractors.
• Strong practical maintenance and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repairs.
• Prioritise maintenance requests and preventative works.
• Coordinate contractors and specialised works.
• Conduct inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Ensure WHS, regulatory, and operational compliance.
• Respond to unplanned maintenance and emergencies.
• Work with Housekeeping, Front Office, Events, and F&B teams.
