Job summary

Paul Ryan Physiotherapy in Hervey Bay is seeking an Allied Health Receptionist to join our busy practice on a casual basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a friendly, professional and compassionate patient experience and coordinating appointments.

The role requires outstanding customer service, reliability and strong communication, plus proficient use of MS Office. Experience with Nookal or medical billing software is advantageous.

Allied Health Receptionist – Hervey Bay (Casual Position)

An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified receptionist to work in a modern, fast paced allied health practice. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our valued clients and as such, we place the utmost importance on ensuring they receive a professional, compassionate, and friendly service by delivering a positive patient experience at all times.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping is essential

• Previous experience using Nookal is advantageous and will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in medical billing programs in a health care setting (HICAPS/Medicare/DVA/Workcover and insurance claims) is advantageous and will be highly regarded
