Job summary

dnata catering, Australia’s largest inflight catering partner, is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver at Canberra Airport. You will load and unload catering onto aircraft, drive on tarmac, and coordinate with cabin crew to ensure accurate service and handover.

Qualifications

Clean MR or HR driver’s licence is required.
Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
Safety-first mindset; aware of surroundings and proper techniques.
Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
As this role is in Aviation Services, a National Police Check is required.

Responsibilities

Load fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto hi-lift trucks and drive to the aircraft.
Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts and ovens.
Guide and position trucks in line with company and airport policies.
Coordinate with airline cabin crew for servicing and handover of deliveries.
Coordinate with dispatch for flight timings and deliveries.
Complete administrative documentation and perform general cleaning duties as required.
