Job summary

dnata catering in Canberra is seeking a dedicated Catering Attendant to join our team at Canberra Airport. This permanent full-time role involves preparing meals, stocking carts, plating, and maintaining high hygiene and HACCP standards to deliver a memorable onboard dining experience.

You will work across kitchen, bar, make-up and wash areas, handle equipment, and support efficient service on a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Food handling and HACCP knowledge.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and tray assemblies as per visual guides.
• Stock airline carts with dry store items, equipment, snacks and beverages.
• Load and unload wash lines; ensure cutlery, crockery and glassware are clean and ready.
• Coordinate with team to ensure on-time delivery and service.
