Job summary

dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our team at Brisbane Airport. Casual opportunities with potential to transition to part-time. on a rotating roster with shifts starting early morning and daytime, approximately 15 hours per week, with the option to pick up more hours.

Qualifications

• Casual opportunities with potential to transition to a part-time role.
• Available to work on a rotating roster.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role (desirable).
• Australian/New Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Working Visa.
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical test.
• Willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Security check.
• Some roles require a valid driver’s license.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• High level of customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Baggage management.
• Ability to lift 32 kg.
• Hands-on capacity handling a range of duties.
• Assist with movement of Ground Services Equipment (aircraft stairs, conveyors, tugs, loaders).
• Assist with marshalling arriving aircraft.
• Assist with safe and timely aircraft push back and towing activities.
