National Jet Express in Perth is seeking enthusiastic Passenger Services Agents to join our base operations at Perth Airport. This permanent part-time role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week and reports to the Customer Service Supervisor, contributing to a smooth passenger journey from check-in to boarding.

You will handle check-in, boarding, inquiries and baggage, liaise with airline staff and security, and uphold safety procedures.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in aviation or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn airline/airport software systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Must hold or be eligible for Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC) and Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers across check-in, boarding and arrivals.
• Assist with check-in procedures, baggage handling, flight coordination and boarding.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues with courtesy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with airline staff, ground handling teams and security to support operations.
• Uphold safety, security and emergency procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Utilise IT systems to enhance the passenger experience and operational accuracy.
