Job summary

Swissport is hiring Passenger Service Agents to ensure smooth passenger experiences from terminal to aircraft. You will assist with check-in, boarding, luggage handling, and provide timely flight information while upholding safety and service quality.

Flexibility in shifts is required, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Right to work in Australia and New Zealand; Australian citizen or permanent resident preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Handle check-in, verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide flight information including delays, cancellations and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with baggage drop-offs and wheelchair assistance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and coordinate with airport staff.
• Maintain records of transactions and communications with passengers.
