• Resolve passenger complaints and issues professionally.
• Offer support regarding schedules, fares, routes and policies.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records for transactions and interactions.
• Utilise language skills to assist international passengers.
