Job summary

Two Johns Taphouse at Melbourne Airport is seeking experienced Chefs to join the team. This Full-Time role offers opportunities via SSP Australia to contribute to a high-volume kitchen and deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

You will work under strong leadership, focusing on quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery, a Food Handlers Certificate, and a solid grasp of food safety, hygiene and WHS

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Chef in a similar kitchen environment.
• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, collaborative and can-do attitude with a passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Cook and manage the pass in a busy service period.
• Collaborate with a large/high-volume kitchen team to ensure quality dishes.
