Job summary

Brisbane Airport Corporation is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the IOC to manage facilities across terminals, plant rooms, and leased premises, ensuring safety, compliance and reliable operations. You’ll work with the Integrated Operations Centre on a shift roster to support passengers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities, maintenance programs and contractor-delivered services in a complex asset environment.
• Technical knowledge of building services including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, fire and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CMMS platforms such as Maximo or similar.
• A proactive approach to safety, compliance, continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance across critical airport assets.
• Monitor and support building systems including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, fire, BMS, access control and vertical transport.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure services meet safety and operational requirements.
• Assist lifecycle planning, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to operational continuity across terminals, airside and landside environments.
