Cater Care is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager at Newcastle Airport to lead our team across outlets, keep service flowing and switch between customer service, kitchen, coffee and beverage as the shift demands.

You will coordinate daily operations, drive service standards, and support training while upholding food safety and presentation. This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours per week and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail operations at supervisory level.
• Barista skills and flexibility to work across all outlets.
• RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications current.
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Availability for afternoon shifts starting at 12 noon, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily operations and lead teams across outlets.
• Deliver consistent customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties.
• Provide barista and beverage service.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Support staff training and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
