Secure Parking Pty Ltd is seeking a Control Room Operator at Brisbane Airport to deliver high-level customer service for car parking enquiries and system issues. The role involves assisting customers via intercom and face-to-face interactions, monitoring CCTV and incident reporting, and using multiple IT systems to provide accurate information for entry and exit.

Applicants must be available for early to late shifts (4am–midnight) and be prepared to attend work on short notice.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Professional phone manner and ability to work shifts.
• High computer literacy and data entry – MS Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Initiative and quick decision-making.
• Willingness to undertake First aid and Traffic Control training.
• A Police Check will be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level customer service for car parking enquiries and system issues.
• Assist customers with intercom and face-to-face interactions to improve experience.

• Handle phone calls regarding car park queries and provide information for entry/exit.
• Be available for early, late shifts and some nights; work 4am to midnight as required.
