Job summary

Service Stream is seeking an Aerodrome Reporting Officer for the RAAF Darwin site. You will join the Defence division to support airfield operability, inspections, documentation, and safety reporting in a full-time role based at RAAF Darwin.

Key duties include managing NOTAMs, aerodrome data, and coordination with BST providers while ensuring compliance with CASA and Defence protocols. Australian citizenship and Defence clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aviation (Aerodrome Operations) required.
• Current Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) and Aerodrome Works Safety Officer (WSO) certs.
• ASIC and AROC for radio communications are required.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintain reporting to support airbase operability and certification.
• Manage aerodrome data updates, NOTAMs, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and monitor NOTAMs to meet safety standards.
• Maintain FOD register and dangerous cargo documentation.
