Job summary

Toll Group is hiring an Air Freight Assistant Manager - Pricing to join the Air Freight Procurement team. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, commercially minded, and keen to develop expertise in air freight pricing and procurement.

You will work with airline partners and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to manage carrier rates, maintain pricing data, and support commercial decision-making that drives performance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline is desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and data management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and maintain airline rates and commercial agreements.
• Manage pricing data and ensure rate management systems remain accurate and up to date.
• Build strong relationships with airlines, cargo agents and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities, carrier negotiations and tender responses with market insights and data analysis.
• Prepare pricing, procurement and market performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting accuracy and commercial outcomes.
