Job summary

Avanade seeks a Value Architect to determine where AI creates measurable business impact and to build credible value cases that fund transformations. You will work with client executives and delivery teams to define value methodology and ROI standards across the APAC region.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong financial modelling and the ability to communicate complex value propositions to CFOs, COOs and Boards. Location is flexible across major Australian cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Understanding of AI value drivers with technical fluency.
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders under pressure.
• Experience with benefits realisation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities with clients and delivery teams.
• Build value hypotheses, business cases and baselines for transformations.
• Define the measurement model and ROI standards before delivery starts.
• Track realised benefits and report variances at governance gates.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and contribute to value libraries and commercial models.
