Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Understanding of AI value drivers with technical fluency.
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders under pressure.
• Experience with benefits realisation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities with clients and delivery teams.
• Build value hypotheses, business cases and baselines for transformations.
• Define the measurement model and ROI standards before delivery starts.
• Track realised benefits and report variances at governance gates.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and contribute to value libraries and commercial models.
