Job summary

Techforce Personnel seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives. The role involves designing and governing AI, agentic, and automation solutions that align with enterprise standards and AI ethics.

You will guide architecture decisions, assess risks, and partner with risk, legal, and governance stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model with a competitive day rate, initially for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in solution, enterprise or technology architecture roles.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of modern AI tech including generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical AI architecture and implementation plans.

Job description

Exciting role for experienced AI Solution Architect to work with enterprise client. 6 months and high chance of extension. Work in fast paced environment. Hybrid work model and great day rate on offer. Melbourne preferred will consider Sydney.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and govern AI, agentic and automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and AI ethics principles.
• Provide expert guidance on solution options, architecture decisions, trade-offs and future-state designs, with a focus on fit-for-purpose solutions that keep business value front of mind.
• Partner with business teams and collaborate with Risk, Legal, Cyber and Governance stakeholders to support AI risk assessments, translating technical, ethical and operational risks into practical mitigations and decision-ready advice.
• Define and maintain architecture patters, guardrails and standards that enable safe and scalable AI
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies
• Identify opportunities for driving business value
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive business value across the organisation.

Candidates will have the following experience:

• Strong experience working across solution, enterprise or technology architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical AI architecture and implementation plans.
• Experience with Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms, would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in AI risk assessments and AI Governance nice to have
• Experience identifying and prioritising high-value AI use cases and guide solution design.
