Job summary

Xero is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager, People Strategy & Operations, to turn the people strategy into action. You’ll own delivery of complex strategic and operational initiatives across the People Team, partnering with the GM and the CEO’s Chief of Staff to shape governance and board papers.

• Lead end-to-end strategic and operational projects across the People Team.
• Define problems, implement solutions, and measure outcomes with rigour.
• Develop governance materials and board papers for executive leadership.
• Coach and develop junior staff in analytical thinking and execution.
• Reimagine processes using technology and AI to improve speed and transparency.
