Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an experienced Principal AI Security Specialist to bridge cutting‑edge AI innovation with enterprise security. In this strategic, field‑facing role, you will pair elite consultative skills with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and data protection to help Fortune 500 executives unlock AI’s power without compromising security.

You’ll partner with product and engineering, design tailored demos and assets, and coach the sales force to scale our AI field motion.

Qualifications

Deep fluency in AI/GenAI, LLMs, and RAG patterns and associated security risks.
10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Sales Eng, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory).
Strong foundations in cybersecurity principles including Zero Trust, DLP, and cloud-native security.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills translating complex AI architectures into business value and security outcomes.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Architect the AI technical strategy with enterprise account teams to drive high‑value AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
Deliver compelling demos and POVs of Zscaler’s AI security platform for deep-tech practitioners and C‑level executives.
Serve as a field authority on modern AI patterns and advise on data exposure prevention and safe AI usage.
Scale the field motion by feeding customer feedback into the product roadmap and creating reusable assets and enablement content.
Enable teams with demos, assets, competitive positioning, and training for enterprise accounts.
