Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales management or leadership role.
• Hands-on coachable leader who can sell and lead by example.
• Deep experience building and scaling high-performance AI/technology sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Performance: deliver AI Sales team quota across customers.
• Build & scale the sales motion with defined cadence, KPIs, and playbooks.
• Lead, hire and develop AI Sales Executives and ramp programs.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Account Management, Marketing and Product teams.
• Represent the function at Revenue Leadership discussions with data-driven insights.
