Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking an AI Product Engineer to join a newly established AI Product function. You’ll prototype, validate and shape AI capabilities across the business, turning ideas into prototypes and guiding what gets built next.

You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering and innovation, focusing on experimentation, technical discovery and responsible AI, privacy and security considerations. You’ll collaborate with the AI Product Lead and Data Scientist.

Qualifications

• Experience building prototypes and proofs of concept to validate new technologies
• Strong AI literacy with hands-on Generative AI, ML, automation experience
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical solutions

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and test AI product concepts
• Assess feasibility, solution options and architecture approaches
• Translating product ideas into technical spikes, experiments and proofs of concepts
• Evaluating data, integration, security, operational and platform requirements
