Insignia Financial is seeking an AI Product Engineer to join a newly established AI Product function. You’ll prototype, validate and shape AI capabilities across the business, turning ideas into prototypes and guiding what gets built next.
You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering and innovation, focusing on experimentation, technical discovery and responsible AI, privacy and security considerations. You’ll collaborate with the AI Product Lead and Data Scientist.

At Insignia Financial, we're building a new AI Product capability that sits at the intersection of product, engineering and innovation. As an AI Product Engineer, you'll work on some of the most interesting AI opportunities across the business, turning ideas into prototypes, testing assumptions and helping shape what gets built next.
Unlike traditional engineering roles, this isn't about maintaining existing systems or working through a sprint backlog. It's about experimentation, technical discovery and solving complex problems before delivery begins. You'll have the opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies while influencing how AI capabilities evolve across the organisation.
You'll play a key role in transforming ideas into validated AI solutions, helping the organisation make informed decisions about where and how to invest.
