AI is creating more opportunities than most organisations can realistically deliver. The challenge is no longer generating ideas. It's knowing which opportunities to pursue, how to connect them, and how to build capabilities that create value at scale.
At Insignia Financial, we're building a new AI Product capability to solve exactly that challenge.
This is a rare opportunity to join a talented team and help shape how AI products are identified, prioritised and delivered across one of Australia's largest financial services organisations. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to solve meaningful problems, identify opportunities that can be scaled across multiple teams, and help determine where AI can have the greatest impact.
Unlike many product roles, this isn't about owning a single platform or feature set. It's about taking a broader view, connecting opportunities across the organisation, influencing investment decisions, and shaping the products and capabilities that will underpin our AI future.
You’ll play a key role in turning ideas into practical AI products and capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes for our customers, employees and business.
What You Bring to This Role
We're particularly interested in candidates who have already worked with AI, Generative AI, automation or emerging technology products and understand both the opportunities and challenges of bringing these capabilities into large organisations.
You’ll bring:
What gets us excited about working here? Helping people feel good about their money as one of Australia’s leading financial wellbeing organisations. From those starting out to those retiring. As your team, we’ll show up for you and together we will create financial wellbeing for every Australian. Because we know people who are confident about their financial future live better lives.
If this sounds like your kind of career, you sound like our kind of person. With us, you’ll do work that builds your technical know-how and challenges our entire industry to move forward. Along the way, you’ll be free to explore new ideas and technology, solve problems in a team, and independently to get great things done. Around here, we like to call it "putting our fingerprints on the future".
Deep expertise combined with creativity can take on the trickiest of problems. Join our team of brilliant minds and mentors as we explore our way to innovation and apply technology in more human ways than ever.
