Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Specialist Strategy & Sales Operations Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the AWS Specialist and Partner organization in the APJ region. The role partners with ASP leadership to translate data into insights, define territories and quotas, and improve sales processes and AI-enabled workflows to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with CRM and revenue reporting tools is expected.

• Develops and manages pipeline qualification and attribution.
• Orchestrates AI‑human collaboration in the sales process.
• Maintains sales tools data quality for reporting and forecasting.

• Conducts sales performance analysis to identify risks.
• Prepares and drives regular business reviews with insights.
