Job summary
Accenture PLC is seeking a Management Consulting Manager in its Banking Consulting practice. You will lead client engagements at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operations, delivering AI- and data-powered transformations for retail banking clients.
You will build trusted relationships, translate complex problems into actionable use cases, and drive agile, digital roadmaps across Accenture’s ecosystem to achieve measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience translating business problems into AI/data-driven use cases
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements that combine business strategy, technology enablement, and operational transformation
- Build and sustain trusted client relationships through insight-driven recommendations
- Translate complex business problems into actionable AI and data-driven use cases
- Design and implement data-enabled operating models for retail banking
- Apply automation and AI to build intelligent workflows that optimize processes and customer experience
- Accelerate transformation via agile delivery and AI-enabled solutions
- Partner with technology teams to shape and execute digital transformation roadmaps
- Lead change management initiatives to embed digital and AI capabilities across organizations
- Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients
