Job summary

Epic IT in Perth is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our internal AI platform tooling and client-facing management portals. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, configuration, and keeping critical systems running smoothly for internal and external users.

You will handle request intake, specify requirements, review MCP connector, gateway, and platform components, and propose changes with detailed specifications for review by the AI platform lead.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support and administration of internal platforms.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• Aptitude for testing changes and validating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Receive change requests from Epic IT staff and clarify the required outcome.
• Develop functional specifications and document data mappings.
• Apply configuration changes, test outcomes, and close requests.
• Collaborate on platform initiatives, provide analysis, configuration and testing support.
• Build Grafana dashboards from the data warehouse for internal and client use.
• Maintain platform configuration docs and ensure change management records are updated.
