Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Platform Manager to join its AI and Digital Platforms team in Australia. You will operate, govern, and continuously improve a mission-critical enterprise AI platform, coordinating integrations, access management, releases, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in platform management or SaaS operations, with enterprise SaaS/cloud/AI experience, APIs, authentication, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

3–5 years' experience in Platform Management, SaaS Operations, or Technical Delivery.
Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud or AI platforms.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and access management.
Experience managing incidents, releases, and operational governance.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage platform operations, incidents, risks, and service requests.
Coordinate integrations, APIs, data connectors, and user access.
Support releases, testing, deployments, and new feature onboarding.
Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health.
Maintain documentation, governance records, and stakeholder communications.
Support security, privacy, and access management requirements.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
